deafPLUS – BSL Advice Helpline

A new BSL service is available to deaf and hard-of-hearing that use BSL as their primary language for help with access, benefits, money,  housing, social services and so on.

The service is available through FaceTime, Skype or OovoO or you can book an appointment on the website The helpline is managed by a BSL user and the service have been FCA approved and it is highly confidential.
