Photos from Deaf Awareness Week event at Rushmere Country Park

Tom and Sue volunteering for MKDZ with a stall at Rushmere Country Park for Deaf Awareness Week on Sunday 20th May 2018. Also present are Hearing Dogs for Deaf People (Milton Keynes Branch) gave a interesting demonstration of their trained hearing dogs performing tasks like waking a person up!

We also went on a signed walking tour of the wooden sculptures in the park provided by Ian Richardson (Visitor Centre Manager) and interpreted by Richard McCormick. Thank you Ian and Richard for the interesting tour!
