Come and join MK Deaf Rambling on a leisurely 12 mile circular walk on Saturday 6th October 2018 at 10am.
Park your car at the South West Car Park in Ampthill Park, at the pretty small historic town of Ampthill, just off the B530 next to the cricket ground at 10am.
There is a lovely café with toilet facilities in the park where we will meet before starting the walk at 10.30am (you may wish to have breakfast in the café or coffee beforehand!?).
Bring your packed lunch and drinks or have lunch at the lovely Flying Fox pub in Clophill, off the A6 by 12.30pm, having completed the first 6 miles.
After a hour rest, we will continue another 6 miles walk back to Ampthill, passing the ruins of Houghton House to reach the car park by 4pm.
The walk is moderately flat with the exception towards the end, when going up some small hills to admire some views of Bedfordshire’s countryside.
Everyone is welcome!
