Vagabond Film Festival: Deaf Culture Into Light

Vagabond Film Festival is showing a selection of Deaf short films on Friday 27th July from 12 noon to 2pm. The short films will have BSL and English subtitles and will be shown at MK Gallery in the Theatre District, Central Milton Keynes.

An anime film about a deaf girl and a school bully will also be shown at the Dome venue in Campbell park at 3.15pm and will be subtitled and introduced by Samuel Dore in BSL.
 

Deaf film programmes at Vagabond Film Festival

As part of IF: Milton Keynes International Festival 2018, Independent Cinema Milton Keynes have partnered up with a local deaf film-maker, Samuel Dore for their brand new film festival Vagabond. They are putting together a few programmes full of deaf films suitable for all ages to be shown end of July weekend (26th to  29th July).
